Argument with tweaker over dogs

lots of times tweekers will call the cops cause they get paranoid and their brains fried so they come with the most ridiculous stuff you could imagine.. heres a dispute over property with some nutbag woman involving dogs. most dogs do NOT like tweakers not any dog i ever had and i dont let mine go around being mean with people so.. yeah
